FIX:

Word wrapped fields do not uniformly push down all the fields on the
band line below the line containing word wrap fields.

The default behavior for word wrap is to push down the fields in the column directly below the word wrapped field. Any fields that are not directly below a word wrap field will stay on the line that they are specified on in the layout. This will cause fields that are defined on the same line to move around on the actual report. Fields not directly below a word wrap field will remain in the intended location but fields directly below a word wrap field will be moved down.

To ensure that fields defined on the same band line are printed on the same line, add another bandline in-between the line with the word wrap field(s) and the data that you want to stay on one line. In this new band line add a text field of blanks. This text field must be as wide as all the data fields on the line below it. In other words, it's a blank line across the entire report layout.
