Virtual directory 'Scripts' has been defined within document root directory
CAUSE:
The Virtual directory 'Scripts' does not have the correct execute permissions. 'Scripts' (or cgi-bin) must have 'Scripts and Executables'
FIX:
Set 'Scripts' (or cgi-bin) to have 'Scripts and Executables'
