CAUSE:
The Progress Installation utility assumes that WordPad has been installed when you are installing in any of the Windows environments.
FIX:
Install Expects to Find WordPad RN# 083A-00163
The Progress Installation utility assumes that WordPad has been installed when you are installing in any of the Windows environments. If this is not true, the following error message appears: INSTALLATION MSWordPad ERROR (540): Could not invoke the MSWordPad utility. (C:\Program Files\Accessories\wordpad.exe) To workaround this issue, bring up the "Open With" dialog box to associate the unknown file type with the application of your choice (for example, notepad).
