SYMPTOM(s):
Cannot Start dbase using ProControl or pccmd
Error 1053: The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion.
CAUSE:
The Heap size has been modified incorrectly
FIX:
Heap size was 2048,1024,4096
On service pack 2 a fourth parameter of 512 is required
After the change is made, reboot
