CHANGE:
Installed 9.1D
CAUSE:
An outdated promsgs file is being used or the PROMSGS environment variable in the system environment is pointing to an older version of the promsgs file.
FIX:
Use the correct promsgs file if it is an outdated one. Otherwise, remove the system environment variable or update it to point to the promsgs in the 9.1D installation directory.
