SYMPTOM(s):
Superior blank space added at the top of the report after migrating from 4.2 to 5 in Actuate
Printer report paper were defined as A4 (in version 4) and now they are being printed in letter
Changing the printer paper to A4 in the Report encyclopedia doesn't make any difference
CAUSE:
The reports are being printed as letter instead of A4 with not apparent reason.
FIX:
Reinstallation of Actuate 5
