SYMPTOM(s):
WebClient application installs the older version of the WebClient executables
Generated application configuration file (prowcapc) contains the application required version 9.1D but the 9.1C WebClient executables are installed.
CAUSE:
WebClient Installer URL points to the older version of the WebClient installation.
FIX:
Change the WebClient Install URL to point to the required WebClient installation version, or update the WebClient installation directory on the web server with the correct WebClient installation files.
