SYMPTOM(s):
Errors 6092, 6071 and 1124 in the database log file
Bkioread:Unknown O/S error during read, errno 5, fd <file descriptor>, len <bytes>, offset <bytes>, file <file-name>. (6092)
SYSTEM ERROR: error reading file <file-name>, ret = " (6071)
SYSTEM ERROR: wrong dbkey in block. Found <dbkey1>, should be <dbkey2> (1124)
Databases were shutdown and the bi was truncated, and it did not fix the problem.
Machine was shutdown and does not start anymore.
CAUSE:
Possible Hardware damage.
FIX:
Call Hardware Vendor to solve the damage and restore the databases from Backup.
