SYMPTOM(s):
When debugging a .p that displays a message in an alert box, the debugger doesn't get focus when it gets control back.
Also, the debugger does not start until the second time it is selected.

Bug# 20021210-025
CAUSE:
Java requests focus. It is up to the OS to bring the application to the front or not. On XP, the debugger is brought to the front. On other window OS, the task bar window flashes to notify the user that the debugger is requesting focus.
