Error 492 - Check logical database name for procedure
With a runtime license, if you compile an encrypted procedure against
a database using one logical database name, and then try to run it
against the same database using a different logical database name,
the resulting error is:
** Unable to run startup procedure <name>. (492)
If you are using a 4gl client, the error message is:
<proc.p> Database <logical-dbname> not connected (1006)
This is because it is looking for the database based on the logical
database name.
