SYMPTOM(s):
Why doesn't my 9.1C installation have a JMS directory
CAUSE:
You tried to use 4GL Adapter and found that the $DLC/jms directory does not exist.
FIX:
Review your $DLC/installd.ini looking for optional components (other than languages) which have not been installed (status of 0).
If you find any optional packages (other than languages) that show =0 it is likely that this is not a COMPLETE installation.
Recommendation is that you reinstall and choose a COMPLETE installation.
