SYMPTOM(s):
By default, GUI viewers that are TableIO targets are rendered in Update mode initially. On Dynamics Web they are rendered in View mode initially. The user must click on the Modify toolbar button to change to View mode.

CAUSE:
The Web checks the "tableIoType" on the toolbar now and sets it to "Save" mode like GUI. The initial mode will be "view" if the containerMode is set to "view". Also the DHTML is able to set "view" mode when in "save" (always update). This should make it behave a lot more like GUI.
