SYMPTOM(s):
Literal texts are not translated in a static object (static viewer)
CAUSE:
In a dynamic viewer, a simple text is a static LITERAL widget, which has an unknown NAME attribute. On the other hand, dynamic TEXT widgets with a reliable NAME are used on dynamic viewers.

FIX:
The way to achieve translatable text is to use fill-in widgets marked as View-As-Text.
