SYMPTOM(s):
Report Engine - WinExec errors in ProExec.dll
CAUSE:
When running the Report Engine (_printrb.p or prore.p) occasionally
you may get the following error:
"Can not start Report Engine - WinExec error ##### occurred.
Each time the Report Engine is run you get the same error but a
different number.
(The error is usually a large negative number.)
The Report still runs OK.
This error is due to return value not being trapped correctly.
CAUSE:
Bug 19961112-019
FIX:
The error message can usually be stopped by rebooting the machine.
This is a bug and was fixed in version 8.1B
