Getting "java lang noclassdef found" error when trying to run an application

CAUSE:
The JRun servlet engine is unable to find the *impl.class files when the application code is trying to instantiate an instance of the proxy
FIX:
Contact JRun and request help configuring the applications WEB-INF directory
