Report Builder, Save, Error (100)

INTRODUCTION:

In Report Builder if you get Error(100) while trying to save file, it
is likely your library file got currupted. The solution is the
following:
1) Go into progress.ini file.
2) In [ReportBuilderSaveList] section, locate "Library=xxxxx". Delete
this line.
