Need -H for int'l arguments,-charset,-stream,-cpcharset,etc.
DRAFT COPY - Currently under review and edit.
INTRODUCTION:
=============
In 7.3A and 7.3B you generally don't need -H argument on the server
command line. However if you want to pass international arguments (cpi
nternal,cpstream, cpcoll, cpcase) then you do have to specify -H along
with hostname.If you provide international arguments to the broker,
and you do not specify the -H hostname argument, then the
international arguments are not passed to the server and you may get e
rrors such as: "BROKER: could not spawn a server (1890)" or "Cannot
convert codepage ISO8859-1 to codepage xxx". This is a bug (#95-04-11-
060) and will be fixed in 7.3C.
