FIX:
When additional 9.1x components are installed into a pre-existing installation, it is recommended that any previously applied 9.1x service pack be re-applied. The possibility of a product overwriting an installation file with an older version of the same file is possible. Thus, the re-application of the 9.1x service pack will eliminate future incompatibilities.
