Copied the entries for the broker definitions from an older version of the ubroker.properties to the current 3.1D ubroker.properties file
No errors are seen in prior versions of WebSpeed
CAUSE:
Propath in ubroker.properties, all the brokers have @{Startup\PROPATH} in propath
FIX:
Change the propath for all the brokers to include @{WinChar Startup\PROPATH}
