UUID has been regenerated and is correct
ubroker.properties file was tested on another machine and works fine there
CHANGE:
Manually added a new webspeed broker into ubroker.properties file
CAUSE:
Adminserver is using another ubroker.properties file. Adminserver is not using the ubroker.properties file that was recently altered to add the new webspeed broker.
FIX:
Add the new broker configuration into the ubroker.properties file that the Adminserver is using.
