FACT(s) (Environment):

SYMPTOM(s):
Dynamics: Error Unsupported:StaticSDV with Web interface tools.
Error Unsupported:StaticSDV(1004886062,09)
CAUSE:
The Dynamics Web Interface does not support Static Objects. However there are many static objects in the toolset and as yet, there has been no work performed to make these dynamic. So, accessing Administration and Development screens through the Web Interface will result in these errors.
FIX:
Access the Admin and Development screens through the Appbuilder.
