Cannot Find Lock (.lk) file. See EVENT VIEWER. (5780)
Starting database from ProControl
cannot start database outside ProControl - same 5780 error message
The -D parameter has too many digits. (5049)
CAUSE:
The startup.pf was edited with CAPSLOCK on. -D is the startup parameter for 'Directory Size', where -d is the startup parameter for 'Date Format'
FIX:
Open the startup.pf
(start proenv -> cd %DLC% -> notepad startup.pf)
Change:
D DMY
to
d dmy
re-start database.
