CHANGE:
new variable length extend was added
CAUSE:
structure file was not updated and did contain two variable extend entries.
FIX:
Update the structure file to reflect the conversion of the old variable extend into the fixed extend and the added new variable extend with the prostrct utility:
prostrct list <dbname> <structure-description-file>
