GOAL:
Is it possible to use HTTPS to open and save remote files from the AppBuilder ?
FACT(s) (Environment):
WebSpeed 3.x

FIX:
With Progress 9.1x we have the new option in the AppBuilder of opening and saving files remotely,
this is very useful when using the AppServer or WebSpeed broker in a remote machine, to accomplish
this task we use the CIHTTP OCX Control, this control comes from the Crescent Internet ToolPack
which does not allow HTTPS sessions and only enable HTTP communication thereby this limitation
restrict the access to a WebServer where SSL security is enabled.
Because of that, HTTPS connections are not allowed to communicate with the WebSpeed broker
from Appbuilder remotely, however the WebTools utilities do work under HTTPS.
