From the Progress Explorer, the NameServer is registered to WebSpeed broker with old configuration
The NameServer is registered correctly to other components running on system (i.e., Webspeed / AppServer Brokers)
CHANGE:
Webspeed Broker reconfigured and restarted
CAUSE:
The exact cause is unknown at the time of this writing
FIX:
Reboot the server/machine to correct the problem
