SYMPTOM(s):
Lookup does not filter on the screen-value of the target-field when launched.
CAUSE:
The filter is using tablename.fieldname whereas the base query was defined with databasename.tablename.fieldname
FIX:
Do not qualify database name in the Query Base String.
