CAUSE:
Progress bug# 20010821-051.
CAUSE:
The problem occurred based on the following sequence of steps:
1) An online PROBKUP was completed and a new AI extent was started, number 11.
2) A second online PROBKUP was performed a short time later and the 11th AI
extent was closed and a new one was started, number 12.
There was no activity on the database between the two PROBKUP sessions.
FIX:
1) Recover from backup again, and start the roll forward process again up to a
specific time prior to the corrupt AI file.
2) Upgrade to 9.1D to avoid this problem in the future.
