SYMPTOM(s):
A failed notification is sent even when the request notice is not selected.
Notification set to "No completed request notice for requests that fail" still generates a "failed" notice in the "Completed Requests Folder".
CAUSE:
If user A runs a report and the report fails, they will only get a completed notice if the checkbox "generate completed request notice" is ticked for requests that fail. However, the administrator will still see a failure notice for the report unless (s)he has cleared the checkbox for their own account.
FIX:
As administrator clear the checkbox "No completed request notice for requests that fail" for their own account.
