DG/UX 5.4 Unix OS releases and required patches

All DG/UX 5.4 R3.xx releases require a patch for Direct I/O.
DG/UX 5.4 R3.00 requires MU02
DG/UX 5.4 R3.10 requires MU01
NOTE: The R3.00 problem and the R3.10 problems are different ones.
The fix for R3.00 problems is in the initial R3.10 release,
however a problem was introduced into R3.10.
The official way to determine that a DG/UX release with patches is to
execute the command:
admpackage -o list -v
The output will look like this on a R3.00 with MU02:
dgux_5.4R3.00.mu02 DG/UX Operating System Patch 5.4R3.00.mu020

or for R3.10 with MU01, like this:
dgux DG/UX Operating System MU 5.4R3.10.MU01l 01/10/95
