IDLC, IPROMSGS, PROOIBRK and PROOIDRV environment variables _IS_ set on the UNIX where the database is running
IDLC, IPROMSGS, PROOIBRK and PROOIDRV environment variables _IS_ set on the windows client machine
CAUSE:
Correct user name and password were filled in.
FIX:
Remove the user name and password from the test connection on the client.
