SYMPTOM(s):
Errors running idxcheck
SYSTEM ERROR: unable to read block <number> does not exist (210).
Stack trace reads:
bmLockBuffer
bmLocateBlock
cxLocateValidBlock
cxGet
CAUSE:
This is a known issue.
The index idxcheck is checking is corrupted.
Idxcheck should simply report the index problem and then continue to the next index entry, but some kinds of index corruption cause idxcheck to fall over.
FIX:
Check your machine's hardware, as hardware failures may be among the causes of the given index corruption.
Then, backup your database and then run an index rebuild.
