Errors during binary load operation.
Lock wait timeout of 1800 seconds expired (8812)
Schema lock call failed -1218.
CAUSE:
The database is started in multi-user mode via a script. The script then fires off a Progress batch client job prior to the binary load operation.
FIX:
Be sure database is in single-user mode and no other client connections are being made to the database during a binary load operation.
