Dynamic properties sheet does not allow to define a trigger for a procedure in a custom manager
CAUSE:
It seems that Dynamics only suggest a static list of Dynamics managers in there. A high priority enhancement request has been logged for that.
CAUSE:
Bug# 20021204-004 fixed in Service Pack 1 of Dynamics 2.0101
FIX:
Apply Service Pack 1 to Dynamics 2.0A01
