SYMPTOM(s):
Browse is only showing current record and greater in viewport.
CAUSE:
Using a custom method to move through record sets by getting current record, looking up next record in DB then reopening & repositiong SDO top new record.
FIX:
Using the Dynamic Function's to move through recordsets is the best method to accomplish this goal.
