Netsetup fails without any error messages on Windows NT, Windows 2000 and Windows XP while updating the progress.ini
Running the same Netsetup on Windows 95 or Windows 98 results in error 'CopyAndTailorProgressIni: "Java:PROGRESSCP" GetProfString failed'

Bug# 20021220-006
CAUSE:
In this case the error is caused due to a typo in the progress.ini file. A bug has been filed for the lack of error messages in Windows NT/2000/XP.
FIX:
The error message refers to the PROGRESSCP entry. Verify that this entry doesn't have any typos in it.
