promsgs file is not the correct version. Consult the Fathom Release notes for more information recorded in admserv.log
Unable to connect to Fathom management console
Cannot start Fathom
CAUSE:
Correct version of promsgs was not copied into $DLC/promsgs as presented in Fathom installation guide (release notes).
FIX:
In order to get Fathom working follow these steps:
1) stop Progress services (ie databases and adminserver)
2) copy $DLC/prolang/XXX/promsgs.XXX into $DLC/promsgs
3) (re)start your Progress services
