SYMPTOM(s):
Cannot start a second broker for WebSpeed
Did not use Progress Explorer when creating the second broker
The second broker is created by copying the broker definition form the default before edited.
Did not use the [install dir]\bin\genuuid to generate the UUID
The NameServer indicated that it failed to register the broker. (8552)
CAUSE:
The UUID is not unique created for this broker.
FIX:
Generate a new UUID for the second broker, [install dir]\bin\genuuid (See ubroker.properties for more information)
