FIX:
This is working as designed. When the delta SQL contains a rename table, field, or index only the Progress name is changed which is important to the 4GL code. The 4GL code never references the foreign name unless it is working with the meta
schema itself. Since the DataServer handles the translation between the Progress name and the foreign name, it is not a problem for the 4GL code or for foreign database.
