CAUSE:
The instruction for setting up ServletExec with WebServices are written for ServletExec AS, not ServletExec ISAPI.
FIX:
Install ServletExec AS.
If you want to install ServletExec ISAPI then you will need to refer to the ServletExec documentation for installation instructions.
