Using ProControl to manage database
Panda anti-virus software is running on system
Entire system periodically locks up
The server must be rebooted
CHANGE:
Installed new Anti-virus software, Panda Anti-Virus
CAUSE:
Panda Anti-Virus software conflicts with Progress ProControl dlls
FIX:
Migrate database management from ProControl to Progress Explorer when removing or disabling Panda Anti-Virus software is not an option.
