SYMPTOM(s):
proutil -C dbipcs not returning any values.
CHANGE:
bos.mp on os was upgraded.
CHANGE:
4330-08_AIX_.ML fileset was installed.
CAUSE:
proutil -C dbipcs calls the Unix ipcs file. Any issue that will prevent the ipcs file being found (e.g. a pathing problem) will prevent proutil -C dbipcs from working. A reboot would reinitialize the environment variables.
FIX:
Reboot the os.
