SYMPTOM(s):
Production database cannot start due to error 785
The port <n> is already in use. (785)
A test database running on the same machine
CAUSE:
One of the remote clients of test database is using the port for the database broker of production database.
FIX:
Stop the test database and add -minport and -maxport as startup parameters so the port for Database Broker on production database (-S parameter) is excluded.
