You are not allowed to connect to a database in $DLC. (1379)
Running "Schema Migration Tools / Progress DB to Oracle" (protoora)
CAUSE:
The new database, the schema holder, has been created within the working directory located under %DLC% (or under $DLC).
FIX:
Make sure you specify a working directory which is not (under) the directory where you installed Progress before starting your session.
You can use the -T session parameter for specifying your working directory.
