CAUSE:
Forced entry to the database after copy a database on multi-user mode.
Failed due to corrupted data.
FIX:
Make sure that your database is not in multi-user mode before copy it.
A Dump/Load or restore a valid backup are possible options if you cannot shutdown the database.
