SYMPTOM(s):
Typing data in a field and all new characters blink as data is being entered.
Progress has patch 04 installed.
Same issue when using Progress 8.3E.
The blinking of characters stops once the data entry is finished.
Application run from desktop mode does not exhibit the blinking (flickering) problem as data is entered.
CHANGE:
Installed on newer and faster hardware.
FIX:
Install Citrix add on product: Speed Screen Latency Manager from Feature Release 1.
