Message from server : Startup Procedure Failed (8113)
ERROR: cannot start server. (8100)
There is no server for database <dbname>. (1423)
There is no server for database /progress/dev/work/RBGroupDB1/data/rbgroupdb1 (1423)
CAUSE:
Database AppServer is connecting to has not been started
FIX:
Start the database first and restart your AppServer
