SYMPTOM(s):
WebSpeed error from messenger process (6019)
Msngr: the specified service name does not exist or has a bad format. (5825)
Using cgiip.exe messenger
FACT(s) (Environment):
Windows
WebSpeed 3.x
CAUSE:
The WebSpeed Transaction server (NameServer, WebSpeed broker and agent(s)) is not up and running. If the backend if not up, the messenger has no way of knowing where to direct the request.
FIX:
Ensure that the back end, the NameServer, WebSpeed broker and agent are all up and running.
