SYMPTOM(s):
SQLREUSE=false does not work
CAUSE:
With the release of Progress 9.1D, the Progress SQL-92 Server has become multi-threaded and the SQLREUSE option is obsolete
FIX:
Do not use SQLREUSE on version 9.1D or above
