Error 8265 when creating an empty database from Windows 2000 to a mapped drive.
Error 8898 and 4524 when doing a "prostrct create" to a mapped drive.
Unable to copy source or target database, because we couldn't connect to it. (8265)
SYSTEM ERROR: Attempted to exceed 2GB limit with file <pname>. (8898)
SYSTEM ERROR: File <file-name> too small <length>, blocksize <blocksize> extend failed." (4524)

FIX:
Upgrade to Progress 9.1C or later.
