SYMPTOM(s):
AppServer broker does not start
Message from server : Startup Procedure Failed (8113)
ERROR: cannot start server. (8100)
Databases started from dbman
Both app server and database set to auto start
CAUSE:
The AdminServer tries to start the AppServer broker before the databases has started.
FIX:
Do not make both appserver and database auto start. Use a script to start database first then start appserver
